Have you heard of podcasting?
Podcasts are audio episodes of a series that you can download and listen to through your phone or MP3 player. The world of podcast is varied and diverse – series’ range from crafts and cooking to business and marketing. Whatever you’re interested in, you’re bound to find a podcast for you.
Podcasts are a great way to keep up to date and are a brilliant way of keeping you entertained when you work out or commute. When you find a podcast you enjoy, you can subscribe via iTunes and the latest episodes are automatically downloaded to your device.

Chock full of expert guests, the Physio Matters Podcast from Chews Health looks at a variety of different physical issues, how they occur and how they can be treated.
Sports Psychology is brilliant for anyone looking to improve their stamina and aim for a bigger challenge. Motivation and endurance begins in the mind (as anyone who has struggled out of bed for an early Sunday class know!) and this podcast shares the latest mental training tips to improve your confidence and performance.
Radio 4 released Sport and the British, a 30 part podcast in 2012 to coincide with the Olympics. Hosted by Clare Balding, the podcast looks at the role sport has played in British history. At 15mins long, you’ll quickly get through the series and it’s a great way to time your workout!
The British Journal of Sports Medicine (BJSM) podcast offers a variety of guests who talk about a range of subjects. With an extensive back catalogue, this is a great one to dip in to.
