SCOOP: THE FORGE TEAM SHARE THEIR NEW YEAR RESOLUTIONS
Now that we’ve given you tips and tricks to get the year off to a great start, here are some of the Forge Team’s resolutions and how they plan to achieve them. Letting people know what you’re aiming for is a great way to achieve as there are other people waiting to hear about your results!
Clinic Director Husam is focused on self-care. This year he wants to get back into running, go to the gym, eat more healthily, walk more and drink less. And visit the cinema more often! Keep an eye out over the next few months to see how he’s doing!
Federico, our physiotherapist and osteopath, wants to enrol on Masters course this year. As an ex-footballer he also wants to get back into sport. He has also started designing a course to teach in Rome this year. He also has a more personal resolution to fulfil this year, which you’ll hopefully hear about later in the year…!
Receptionist Nikki wants to take better care of herself – so she’s committing to regular massages and chiropractic treatment! She already has two booked and in the diary, a good way to start the year!
Osteopath Phil has resolved to take compliments better!
Massage therapist Nicky has got enough clothes to last her for life, but only one body so this year she resolves to spent time and money on that intead.
Acupuncturist Maureen has resolved to knit a pair of socks in 2014! She has the book, the needles and the wool, so she resolves to find the time to sit down and learn.
Clinic Director and osteopath Jerome is looking at his waistline this year and hoping to lose the pounds for good.
Nutritionist Julie is dedicating herself to daily yoga and regular massages. She’s not setting time limits so her goal is to simply show up on the mat every day. Smaller, more easily achievable often lead to bigger ones.
