We know from conversations with our patients that sometimes a home visit would be a welcome alternative to an appointment in clinic. Particularly if you are in acute pain, have limited mobility or have just been discharged from hospital.
As a response, The Forge Clinic has set up a comprehensive home visits service. This service, which is not routinely available from other clinics, can be particularly appropriate for those who are elderly, have a heart condition or respiratory problem or have recently had an operation. It can also be a more practical way to treat patients who are elderly or in a care home.
We can offer the full clinic experience in the comfort of your home, including finding the underlying cause of our condition, providing individual treatment and guidance on measures that can help prevent it from re-occurring.
Home visits fees are based on locations within a 1 mile radius of the clinic. Should you live outside of the 1 mile radius there will be an additional charge.
HOW YOUR HOME VISIT WORKS
Call us on 020 8332 6184 to arrange a home visit. We currently offer home visits for the following areas- Richmond, Twickenham, St Margarets, Petersham, Sheen, Mortlake, Barnes, Kew and Teddington, however if you live outside these areas please contact us and dependant on practitioner availability we may be able to accommodate you. Your home visit will be up to 40 minutes and our prices can be found here. Payment is due in advance to secure your appointment and can be paid by card over the telephone. Please note, locations outside of a 1 mile radius from the clinic will be incur an additional charge.
Please note that any parking fees will be chargeable on top of your treatment cost. If you are claiming with an insurance company they will only cover a portion of the appointment fee, please ask reception if you are not sure about your cover. We are not able to claim with AXA PPP or BUPA for Home Visits.
