Cancellation Policy
Whilst we appreciate that sometimes priorities can change, we do require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations without 24 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee. Please note, if you wish to cancel your appointment outside of our opening hours please email info@theforgeclinic.com to avoid the cancellation fee.
We require full payment for bookings made online. All payments are non-refundable. For cancellations and changes made within less than 24 hours, the full fee will be applied to the missed appointment. If you need to reschedule your appointment the payment can be transferred to a date within 1 month. If you require an invoice we can provide this following your appointment.
