Indian Head Massage

WHAT IS INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE?

Indian Head Massage is thousands of years old and focuses on the head, shoulders and neck. This form of massage is a great way to combat stress, both emotional and physical.

Indian Head Massage is offered by Julie Deeks, who works to release knots and tension in the neck and shoulders and then focuses on the neck and head to encourage better circulation of the cerebral fluid and promote relaxation and a sense of well being.

Part of your treatment includes a scalp massage; your practitioner will use oils if requested, but please be aware your hair will appear a little oily after treatment.

Please note that massage is not suitable for those who are in the first trimester of pregnancy.

If you would like to book an appointment with our Richmond Massage Therapists, please give us a call on 020 8332 6184, email us at info@theforgeclinic.com.

Please note that our treatments and advice do not replace medical advice and treatment. If you have any concerns, please see your GP first.

TESTIMONIALS

What a relief to find someone who is a very skilled practitioner in Reflexology and offers a treatment that is so much more than just a foot massage. My sessions with Giuliana have proved to be an excellent investment in my well-being. They have alleviated stress and guaranteed a good night’s sleep

Belinda

Naomi is a really lovely massage therapist who instantly puts you at ease. She understood my aches and pains and remembered them on subsequent visits. Naomi gave me some great tips as to how to work on my specific problem areas (tight ham strings and hip flexors) and after a massage session with her my legs felt so much lighter!

F. G.

Great sports massage, just enough pressure to be therapeutic without being overly painful. My muscles feel much looser and less painful afterwards. I will definitely rebook for another massage.

“Rory is an enthusiastic and knowledgeable practitioner, who was very positive about the outcome of our treatments. There was great improvement in my back pain after a couple of sessions and I am now happy to say that I am pain free and confident I have the tools I need to avoid it in the future!

F. C.

“I was very happy with Lara, who is a lovely person. She listens and gently makes suggestions. I enjoyed our weekly sessions and the encouragement she unobtrusively gave. I’ll be seeing her again.”

R.S.

“I have been seeing Mr Phil McNulty for quite a few years- and I must say he has looked after my back and neck problems with great professionalism, integrity and skill. So now I am able to live pain free, considering that I had had 5 back operations previously. Thank you.”

V.T.

“One day prior to going on holiday I injured my back and was just about to cancel when I remembered The Forge Clinic. I visited Tristan Jones and in 45 minutes he had me back on my feet and thanks to him he saved my holiday.”

J.H.
