About Louise Mcilroy
Alongside these issues she treats people of all ages with a diverse range of common conditions including insomnia, menopausal symptoms, anxiety, digestion, migraines hayfever and many more. Additionally, she is qualified in Moxibustion, Cupping, and Gua-sha and integrates these tools with Acupuncture as needed.
Prior to becoming an Acupuncturist, Louise held senior positions in Marketing within the corporate world. First hand experience of the benefits of acupuncture led her to explore Chinese Medicine further which evolved into her current passion where she enjoys being able to help more people experience the healing benefits of this ancient practice.
Louise is a member of the British Acupuncture Council and adheres to their Code of Safe Practice and Professional conduct and maintains full medical malpractice and public/products liability.

Louise is a member of the British Acupuncture Council which is the UK’s largest professional body of acupuncturists. Choosing a practitioner from the British Acupuncture Council’s register is a good way to ensure a high standard of care as all members must have completed at least 3 years of rigorous training from an accredited college.
