RELAXATION MASSAGE
ABOUT RELAXATION MASSAGE
Relaxation massage is a soothing and gentle form of therapeutic massage aimed at inducing a state of relaxation, whilst offering a safe space to recover from the stresses of everyday life. The primary goal of treatment is to alleviate stress, reduce tension, and promote a sense of balance.
The massage is usually a full-body treatment using long, gentle, sweeping strokes to help warm up the muscles and encourage a state of relaxation. Deeper strokes will focus on releasing areas of tension.
Whether you seek stress relief, muscle relaxation, or simply a moment of tranquillity, relaxation massage can be a valuable component of a holistic approach to well-being.
We offer either a 75-minute relaxation massage, or 90-minutes for extra time to fully relax and enjoy the treatment.

Samuel has been treating my very painful tennis elbow for the past month. What a massive improvement thanks to effective massage and manipulation as well as a series of easy exercises to do at home.
