WHAT WE’RE UP TO: CHRISTMAS 2015
What are your plans for this Christmas? This year, most of us are planning to spend our Christmasses at home with our families.
Acupuncturist Maureen McCann is abandoning cooking and washing up this year for a Christmas dinner out with family.
Practice Manager Vicky Baars was wishing for Christmas on a desert island this year… But sadly, she will be tackling the cooking this year and attending lots of events. Including the annual Forge Christmas party which she organised and a Christmas in Colorado event which will include a bucking bronco.
Physiotherapist Rory Mee is due for a knee operation in the New Year so will be focusing on pre-hab this festive season, aiming to get himself as strong and fit as possible before his surgery to ensure he’s able to bounce back as quickly as possible.
Receptionist Nikki will be off to Cornwall to celebrate Christmas and New Year with her partner’s family. She’s hoping that the beautiful countryside will encourage her outside more often to get some much needed exercise!
Lead Osteopath Alan Burke is considering visiting his family in Ireland this year. We’ll let you know if he makes it and what he thinks of the Guinness!
