Clare Langford

Clare is qualified in Sports Massage, Pre & Post- Natal Massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Myofascial Release, Hot Stone and Indian Head Massage treatments. She began her career as an actor in theatre and film, and in order to complement her physical training she trained as a fitness instructor in 2012, and as a soft tissue therapist in 2013.

Working full time as a Sports and Remedial Massage Therapist for the past eight years, Clare’s background in performance and fitness has equipped her with a strong awareness of the body, and how it best functions.

When she is not busy treating, you’ll probably find Clare either at the theatre, or pounding the pavements on a long run!
